Finivo Sentinel ("Sentinel", "the Service") is a project budget tracking and Earned Value Management (EVM) tool operated by Nikolaos Tsiolas, a sole trader based in Greece ("we", "us", "our").
The Service is available at finivo-suite.com and is provided on a subscription basis with a limited free tier.
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Sentinel. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for professional use by project managers, delivery managers, PMO professionals, and finance teams.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Sentinel offers a free tier with limited functionality, and a Pro subscription that unlocks the full feature set.
Pricing: Pro is available at €12.99 per month or €99 per year, billed in advance. All prices include applicable VAT where required.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal within the app.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
If you are not satisfied with Sentinel Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. This is in addition to any statutory cancellation rights you may have under EU consumer law.
Refunds for renewals are granted at our discretion, except where required by law.
You retain full ownership of all project data you enter into Sentinel. We do not claim any rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload does not infringe third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.
We provide CSV and Excel export tools so you can retrieve your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep Sentinel available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or changes that temporarily affect availability, and we will endeavour to provide notice where possible.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All intellectual property rights in the Finivo Sentinel software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
You may close your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections 6, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
